Perler for Svin - IPA 6,3% Loaded with Azzaca, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this low-bitterness IPA has an extremely juicy aroma to complement the complex mouthfeel. Our extensive dry-hopping and fermentation regiment ensures we achieve the Garden of Eden juiciness. The resulting flavour is in-your-face-tropical mango and lychee with stone fruit finishing notes.
Passion Tang SOUR ale 7% We fermented an oat rich sour ale with our house ale yeast, then added brettanomyces trois in the secondary fermentation along with passion fruit. Grains of paradise were also into the mix, giving this beer a tropical, floral yet woody character. This beer bridges with those who don’t really like beer to craft beer.

RubinStep Apple Cider 5.4% With the Rubinstep, Lervig is now trying his hand at cider for the first time! The Apple Cider contains 5.4% alcohol and is refreshingly sour and fruity with a pleasantly dry finish.
Sour Suzy BERLINER WEISSE 4% A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness.
