Passion Tang SOUR ale 7%
We fermented an oat rich sour ale with our house ale yeast, then added brettanomyces trois in the secondary fermentation along with passion fruit. Grains of paradise were also into the mix, giving this beer a tropical, floral yet woody character. This beer bridges with those who don’t really like beer to craft beer.

Konrads Stout 10.4% We have been producing this stout since 2010. We wanted to make a straight forward imperial stout with a Scandinavian touch to it. Therefore, we used a lot of dark malts and just the right water chemistry to give the beer a very soft mouthfeel with coffee and liquorice notes.
3 Beans Stout 12% Tonka, Vanilla and Cocoa beans all do their part in making this a truly complex and unique stout while delivering the dark quality you’ve come to expect from Lervig.This version have been sitting in bourban barrels for 13 months.
Grapefruit Serendipity 9.2% The Grapefruit is subtile but gives it some tangy sharpness that together with the huge hops gives the otherwise sweet booziness a crisp & drinkable touch.
