GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.1 The purpose of the general sales conditions is to govern the relationship between WHITEFRONTIER LTD and the Internet user, hereinafter referred to as the client. The masculine form "customer" used hereafter naturally refers to both customers and clients.
1.2 The sending of the order to the client implies his adhesion to the present general conditions of sale in their entirety, to the exclusion of any other term or condition. The client declares to have the capacity to contract with WHITEFRONTIER LTD on the basis of the general sales conditions. He guarantees that all information provided is correct.
1.3 The registration on the website shop.whitefrontier.ch, online shop is reserved for persons with the capacity to perform legal acts. The data required for registration must be complete and true. Each customer is responsible for updating his data himself.
Article 2 PRODUCTS
2.1 The products sold are described on the shop.whitefrontier.ch website. The characteristics of the articles and the explanatory notes are given as an indication and do not constitute contractual documents. The photos on the shop.whitefrontier.ch website are for illustration purposes only and do not form part of the contractual conditions. WHITEFRONTIER LTD is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the images or notices on its online store.
2.2 The goods sold are of impeccable quality. The products are sold with no other guarantee than that of the manufacturer.
Article 3 PRICES
3.1. The prices displayed on the shop.whitefrontier.ch website include VAT at the rates in force at the time of the order. The prices are set in Swiss francs.
3.2 WHITEFRONTIER LTD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price invoiced for the products delivered is the one in force at the date of the order. This price appears on the order confirmation sent to the client.
3.3. Promotional discounts offered within the framework of commercial actions on the shop.whitefrontier.ch site are deducted directly from the amount of the invoice. Promotional discounts and loyalty points or any other form of promotions are only valid as a reduction of future invoices. Loyalty points, promotional discounts and credit notes are valid for a maximum of twelve months after issuance and expire without consideration or notice.
3.4. Offers on products are only valid as long as they are visible on the shop.whitefrontier.ch website and while stocks last.
3.5 WHITEFRONTIER LTD reserves the right to modify its prices and conditions at any time and without notice.
3.6 WhiteFrontier LTD can in no way be held responsible in case of a computer bug modifying without its knowledge the price of one or several articles. WhiteFrontier LTD thus reserves the right to cancel an order if the amount is not in agreement with the prices normally set for the products and/or the delivery costs.
Article 4 ORDER
4.1. The order becomes final after its acceptance by WHITEFRONTIER LTD. The client receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
4.2 In case of exceptional circumstances, such as insolvency or incorrect information, WHITEFRONTIER LTD reserves the right to refuse the order of a client.
4.3 WhiteFrontier LTD can in no way be held responsible in case of a computer bug modifying the order without its knowledge. WhiteFrontier LTD thus reserves the right to cancel an order if the amount was not in agreement with the prices normally set for the products and/or the delivery costs.
Article 5 PAYMENT
5.1. The customer has the choice between payment by credit card (EuroCard/MasterCard or Visa), Paypal, Twint, Apple Pay, Google Pay. This payment method is only available for orders placed from Switzerland.
5.2. For new customers or when the customer already has an open balance, WHITEFRONTIER LTD reserves the right to request prepayment of the order.
Article 6 SECURE PAYMENT AND DATA PROTECTION
6.1. All payments made are secure. The information entered for the payment is encrypted (https). WHITEFRONTIER LTD has no possibility to access it.
6.2. The use of the personal data of the client by WHITEFRONTIER LTD is in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act. The data is treated confidentially and securely.
6.3 WHITEFRONTIER LTD only processes and stores the data necessary for the proper performance of its services and for the invoicing of the same. The saved personal data allow to facilitate the purchase of new articles by the client and to guarantee the smooth running of the commercial transaction. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties.
Article 7 DELIVERY
7.1. Deliveries are made only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. By submitting the order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the general sales conditions.
7.2. For deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the products are delivered by Swiss Post or other carriers. As a rule, the articles are available and delivered within 3 to 8 working days. If an article cannot be delivered, the customer will be informed by email.
7.3. In Switzerland, there is no delivery on Sundays, national and cantonal holidays.
7.4. The delivery times indicated by WHITEFRONTIER LTD are given as an indication. WHITEFRONTIER LTD strives to respect them. However, exceeding them cannot lead to the cancellation of the order by the client, nor can it justify a claim for compensation or a penalty for delay.
7.5. WHITEFRONTIER LTD is not responsible for the theft of the goods once they have been deposited by the Post Office. In case of doubt about the security of the mailbox, it is the responsibility of the customer to ask for a signature shipment. At the time of delivery of the goods or their deposit in front of the customer's residence, the benefits and risks (in particular of theft, deterioration by third parties, bad weather) are transferred to the customer.

Article 8 PACKING
8.1. The customer is responsible for the disposal of returnable and non-returnable glass bottles, boxes and packaging.
Article 9 DELIVERY COSTS
9.1. The packaging and shipping costs are charged to the customer. They are indicated in the "basket" section of the order form and are calculated according to the weight of the package or packages.
9.2. For Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate according to the delivery method chosen and the weight of the items purchased per order. We invite you to consult the "DELIVERY CONDITIONS" section for detailed information.
9.3. If products are not available at the time of delivery, they will not be sent at a later date or replaced by others. The actual quantity delivered is shown on the delivery note and on the invoice.
In case of missing items or reduced quantities, the customer has no right to compensation or damages. If an invoiced item cannot be delivered, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer. There is no redelivery and the customer has no claim for damages.
Article 10 OWNERSHIP
10.1. The goods remain the property of WHITEFRONTIER LTD until the invoice is paid. Article
Article 11 RIGHT OF RETURN
11.1 The client is responsible for checking the goods upon delivery. If the goods arrive at the customer's home in a bad condition, WHITEFRONTIER LTD will process the case within 48 hours after receipt of a photo proof and explanation of the damaged goods sent by email. 11.2 If the client orders by mistake, the goods are neither taken back nor refunded.
Article 12 APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL FORCE

Article 13 MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
13.1. The present general conditions can be modified at any time by WHITEFRONTIER LTD.
13.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly inform himself/herself about the content and possible changes of these general conditions.
